Steps in requesting a custom weapon design
from Mkbcult Weapons
Follow these steps â–¼
1. Send Mac Keystrel a notecard in-world or send a message at https://www.facebook.com/mkbcultweapons/ regarding your custom weapon request.

2. Name the notecard or the message "Custom weapon request".

3. Fill your message with full information of your custom mesh weapon request:
- blade style
- guard style
- handle style
- pommel style
4. Send photos or links if there is any to give us more precision in your custom mesh weapon request.
5. Before we start the project you will have to pay half of the whole price as a down payment.
- full permission version = L$ 25,000
- copy and mod version = L$ 15,000

take note that if you're not satisfied with it's final mesh outcome and wanted to cancel the project for whatever reason, we will send you no refund.

6. It may take us two to three weeks or more to finish a single model depending on the style difficulty of your request. Within the process of creating it we will contact you and show you the current state of your mesh weapon so you could check it first before we finalize the build. After we finished the mesh model with textures applied we will send it to you and you will have to pay the remaining balance.

Agreement terms and conditions
This agreement is made and takes effect immediately between Mkbcult Weapons, a Second life Weapon Manufacturer Company, hereafter called “MkbCult” and Custom mesh client, hereafter called “The Client”.

1. Intellectual Property Rights â–¼
Unless the client paid for the full permission mesh the Intellectual property rights still belongs to Mkbcult. Meaning Mkbcult can still sell this mesh design to anyone who desires it. Either for personal use or for business purposes.
2. Restrictions of use â–¼
Copy/Mod permission payed
- Due to the copy and modify permission, this will restrict the client from giving away or selling the weapon to anyone.
Full permission payed
- There are no restriction if the client payed for the full permission rights.
3. Client's Item Contents â–¼
Copy/Mod permission payed
- Copy of the client's custom mesh weapon uploaded by Mkbcult with modification permission included.
- Diffuse, shadow, layout and texture materials are not included in the package but it is applied on the mesh design given to the client.
- .DAE file NOT included.
Full permission payed
- Copy of the client's custom mesh weapon uploaded by Mkbcult with modification and transfer permission included.
- Diffuse, shadow, layout and texture materials are included in the package for client's personal or business use.
- .DAE file is included.
4. Payment â–¼
Down payment must be rendered before Mkbcult will start the custom weapon for the client. Half of the total agreed price must be payed and the other half must be payed after the project is done.
If the client is not satisfied with the outcome of the custom mesh design or decided to cancel the project for whatever reason, Mkbcult will not issue any refund.
5. Custom mesh process â–¼
a. Mkbcult will contact the client constantly for approval of the design, all suggestions, corrections etc must be made during the process of building only.
b. After the final process the client is not allowed to have it change whether be in mesh design or in textures for whatever reason.
c. If the client is satisfied with the mesh design Mkbcult will upload the file and give it to the client.

6. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Mkbcult and the Client.
7. This agreement shall be interpreted and if necessary, adjudicated in accordance with the laws of the covenant or Rules of Mkbcult development team.
8. Until written notice of other address(es) are exchanged between the parties, all notices legally required shall be deemed delivered by the sending of registered email to the following addresses:
Mkbcult email address: Mkbcult@gmail.com
Client's email address: Written on the notecard given in-world.
In witness to their agreement to these terms, Mkbcult will keep a record of the application of the client's notecard as an evidence of agreement.
